Tues/Thurs 3:45-4:15 pm
A fun, inclusive, program where we'll work on a skill with emphasis on good movement mechanics at the beginning of each class (squats, pushups, etc) followed by some fun games or an obstacle course. These classes will help with metabolic conditioning, balance, coordination, speed, strength, and team work. AND - they're FUN!

Tues/Thurs 4:15-5:00pm
These follow a similar structure to our adults classes, but focus on movement, mechanics and making exercise enjoyable.
Our youth classes aim to enhance athletic performance in all sports. Also, research indicates that exercise can also be beneficial to cognitive function (increased movements = increased grades? Added bonus).

Reach out to book your team in for Dryland training. Our coaches will work to increase athletes strength, speed, agility, mobility and camaraderie. Plus, we end each session with a game - great team building!
